First Commercial Realty & Development is excited to announce Foot Locker, Inc. (NYSE: FL) will be taking possession of their newest Detroit store -located on Grand River Avenue between Sussex Street and Whitcomb- on Friday, June 14, 2019.
FCRD has delivered a newly constructed 6,500 square foot building located adjacent to th
e currently operating Foot Locker at 15280 West Grand River Avenue. Foot Locker, Inc. intends to occupy the space by the end of the month, and to open the new Foot Locker store to the public in July.
This state-of-the-art store is reflective of Foot Locker North America’s new strategy to move away from traditional mall-based retail spaces and into unique, community-centered retail spaces.
