The First Commercial Brokerage Team
Unlike other development firms, First Commercial retains our own in-house brokerage department comprised of skilled, licensed brokers. Our brokerage team works to bring new tenants to properties, whether it is a First Commercial-owned property, or a third-party listing.
Warren Terrace
In his over 40 years of real estate experience -specializing in retail tenant representation and urban retail development- Warren has earned a vast wealth of knowledge and strong brokerage skills. His ability to evaluate property lease requirements and implement successful marketing strategies and programs has enhanced the value of First Commercial’s numerous projects throughout Michigan and Ohio. He has built vital, long-lasting tenant/landlord relationships and has represented a number of large corporate clients including Aetna Life Insurance Company, Midland Mutual Insurance Company, Regency Equities, Monroe Bank & Trust; and a multitude of national retailers including Best Buy, Hobby Lobby, Bed Bath & Beyond, Dental Dreams and many others.
Warren’s involvement in the Retail Brokers Network links the company with real estate leasing professionals throughout the country. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), member and former Co-Chairman of the Michigan Public-Private Partnership Program, and a member of the ICSC State Board. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management.
Logan Watch
Since joining First Commercial in 2018, Logan has primarily focused on the Tenant Representation side of the brokerage business. Logan has negotiated leases on behalf of his clients accounting for approximately 70,000 square feet of space since 2021. He currently represents Kids Empire, HopCat, and Springfield Urgent Care.
Jordan Banks
Jordan specializes in retail leasing, tenant representation and investment sales for retail properties. He is responsible for the leasing of First Commercial’s portfolio of retail properties as well as providing full-service brokerage to retail tenants and property owners throughout Michigan. Prior to joining FCRD, Jordan worked for Rappaport Management Company, a leading retail management, development and leasing company based in the Washington, DC metro region, providing Landlord representation services on a portfolio of more than 1 million square feet of retail property. Jordan has built many tenant and landlord relationships throughout Michigan and has carried several national tenant relationships over from Washington, DC. He has worked with retail brands including Chipotle, The Joint Chiropractic, Thai Nation Bistro, Lino’s Pizzaria and many others.
Jordan is involved with the Retail Brokers Network, which links the company with real estate leasing professionals throughout the country and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He earned a Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) from the University of Michigan in 2012 and Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Vanderbilt University in 2015.
GS Khalsa
GS Khalsa has been in the real estate brokerage business for last 20 years and has worked on many transactions, including landlord real estate disposition, acquisitions and representation. GS has experience in both commercial and residential real estate, and has closed deals on industrial, office, vacant land, and special purpose real estate transactions. Prior to joining the real estate industry, GS served IBM in many different capacities, including working with major public and private clients; University of Michigan, GM, Ford, and others to analyze and understand business challenges and how IBM’s networking software could be implemented to solve such challenges.
Since transitioning careers, GS has found enjoyment working in real estate brokerage as he employs similar techniques to help his clients maximize return on their real estate portfolios. He has helped several commercial tenants to find the best location for their business to grow and expand and has even worked with homeowners in assemblage of land for residential redevelop sites.
Bryan Terrace
Bryan Terrace joined First Commercial Realty in 2002. Since then, he has been involved in many aspects of the commercial real estate industry including leasing, brokerage, and tenant representation, with an emphasis on tenant representation. Current and past clients include The Cash Store, TEC Furniture, Veterans Empowerment Neighborhood, Simply Fashions/Simply 10, The Salvation Army & Burger King.
Bryan is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and sits on various Advisory Councils for The Salvation Army’s Adult Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Centers since 2005.
