First Commercial Realty & Development Co., Inc. announces big changes in its 30th year in business.
Co-Founder and President Bill Watch has assumed the role of CEO, as his son, Logan Watch, has been hired in to the newly created position of Director of Asset Management. In this capacity, he is responsible for enhancing the value of the company’s portfolio of properties and overseeing the day-to-day operations of First Commercial Realty.
Logan Watch is transitioning from his previous automotive industry career at Fiat Chrysler Automotive (2011-2018), where he served as a Dealer Placement Manager in Franchise Operations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University (2011).
“I am looking forward to entering this new phase of my career and to applying the business skills I have acquired during my time in the automotive industry” said Logan Watch, “First Commercial has built a strong foundation over 30 years, and I look forward to continuing to grow our real estate portfolio.”
David Greene is also returning to that company as Senior Vice, following a hiatus after serving as the company’s head of brokerage for several years. “We are excited to welcome Logan to First Commercial, and to celebrate David Greene’s return to the company.” Said Bill Watch, “Their combined experience and expertise will be an invaluable addition to the First Commercial team.”
