The First Commercial Brokerage Team

Unlike other development firms, First Commercial retains our own in-house brokerage department comprised of skilled, licensed brokers. Our brokerage team works to bring new tenants to properties, whether it is a First Commercial-owned property, or a third-party listing.

Logan Watch
Since joining First Commercial in 2018, Logan has primarily focused on the Tenant Representation side of the brokerage business. Logan has negotiated leases on behalf of his clients accounting for approximately 70,000 square feet of space since 2021. He currently represents Kids Empire, HopCat, and Springfield Urgent Care.

GS Khalsa
GS Khalsa has been in the real estate brokerage business for last 20 years and has worked on many transactions, including landlord real estate disposition, acquisitions and representation. GS has experience in both commercial and residential real estate, and has closed deals on industrial, office, vacant land, and special purpose real estate transactions. Prior to joining the real estate industry, GS served IBM in many different capacities, including working with major public and private clients; University of Michigan, GM, Ford, and others to analyze and understand business challenges and how IBM’s networking software could be implemented to solve such challenges.

Since transitioning careers, GS has found enjoyment working in real estate brokerage as he employs similar techniques to help his clients maximize return on their real estate portfolios. He has helped several commercial tenants to find the best location for their business to grow and expand and has even worked with homeowners in assemblage of land for residential redevelop sites.
