Construction Management

First Commercial’s Construction Management Department is headed by Carol Donohoe.  Carol has over 20 years’ experience in managing the construction of commercial and residential projects.   Carol’s past projects have included the construction of industrial buildings, office buildings, grocery stores, retail strip centers, big box retailers, gas stations, office parks, condominium and apartment complexes, and tenant build outs.  Carol is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department including sales, estimating, scheduling, project cost reporting, and managing the department staff.  In the event that your property requires either major capital improvements or minor facility expenditures, Carol and her staff can manage a construction project from inception to completion, in a timely and cost effective manner.
